From the poster

Traditional human-machine interactions emphasise efficiency, information retrieval, or problem-solving. However, this paradigm underutilises the human potential for criticality and creativity. Cbot, an AI-based intellectual sparring partner, reimagines this interaction by challenging users through dialogic, structured questioning within the Critical Design Futures (CDF) framework (Patel & Lim, 2024). Instead of teaching or providing direct answers, Cbot guides users toward intellectual independence and deeper insight, positioning itself as an extension of their cognitive process.
